摘 要: 用分光光度法采用1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-荼酚作顯色劑,用目標檢測因子分析程序處理數(shù)據(jù),不經(jīng)分離和富集同時測定銅鋅錳三組分混合體系。選擇波長范困500~600nm, pH8.8~10.6。線性測定范困為0~40×10-5g/25mL,檢測限為10-8g/mL回收率為98%~103%。

USING FACTOR ANALYSIS SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

Abstract:A method for simultaneously spectrophotometric determination of Cu,Zn, Mn in their mixture by factor analysis of target testing has been developed. 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol was used as development reagent. The selected wavelength range was from 500 to 600nm, and pHrange was 8.8~10.6. In the trace range of Cu, Zn,Mn from 0~1.6×10-6g/mL the beer' s law was obeyed. The detection limit was 10-8g/mL. The recovery ratio was 98%~103%.
