摘 要: 研究了次亞磷酸鹽濟(jì)液電鍍?nèi)齼r(jià)鉻工藝的濟(jì)液化學(xué)性質(zhì),對(duì)鍍液中三價(jià)鉻離子與次亞磷酸根離子的配位化合物進(jìn)行了探討。用線性電勢(shì)掃描法、循環(huán)伏安法研究了鍍液的電化學(xué)特征及鍍液中氟離子、次亞磷酸根離子、溶液pH值對(duì)陰極析氫反應(yīng)的影響。討論了獲得最佳電流效率的條件。

Abstract:The properties of solution chemistry for the process of trivalent chromium plating containing hy-pophosphite hace been investigated .The coofdination compounds between trivalent chromium ions and hypophos-phite ions have also been discussed. By means of potentiodynamic scanning and cyclic voltammetry,effects of elec-trochemical characteristics and hydrogen evolution on bath components have been studied.
