摘 要: 用金相、X光、電子探針和透射電鏡等方法對(duì)銅鋁冷軋固相復(fù)合燒結(jié)后界面組成的形貌與結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究。確認(rèn)存在γ2、δ、ζ2、η2、θ等五種中間相,尺寸分別在104、105、106、109和107mm2量級(jí);在形態(tài)上γ2、δ、ζ2均呈多邊形塊狀。只是前者較后者為大,且γ2內(nèi)有許多平行板條,θ相近似卵形,η2為彌散順粒、跡象表明分布具織構(gòu)向,η2的織構(gòu)可能是(100)[0 1]。

Abstract:The microstructure of diffusion layer was investigated after cold-rolling bonding and sintering forthe copper-aluminum strips by metalloscope, XRD. TEM, EPM. etc. It is confirmed that there are five intermedi-ate phases, γ2,δ,ζ2,η2, and θ. The size of these intermediate phases are relatively small and respectively at the quantity grade of 104、105、106、109and107mm2. The morphology ofγ2,δ,ζ2 is like-polygonal lump, but the size ofγ2, is the largest andζ2 is the smallest among the three phases, also there are a lot of parallel laths in the γ2.The form of B phase is similar to ovoid and that ofθphase is dispersme grain. Some evidences show that the distribution of some of the intermediate phases appeared as tendency to texture. It is possible that the texture ofη2 phase is (100)[0 1].
