摘 要: 結(jié)合中國有色金屬工業(yè)體制改革的實(shí)際情況,論述了進(jìn)行企業(yè)資產(chǎn)重組應(yīng)通過按現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的要求組建企業(yè)集團(tuán)來實(shí)現(xiàn),并要逐步探索對(duì)企業(yè)集團(tuán)的母公司進(jìn)行公司制改造。將有色金屬企業(yè)集團(tuán)的母公司形式區(qū)分為多股東持有的公司制形式、國有獨(dú)資公司和國家控股公司的再授權(quán)機(jī)構(gòu)等三種類型,著重研究了組建相應(yīng)企業(yè)集團(tuán)的模式和結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系。

Abstract:According to the real conditions of reformation of China nonferrous metals industry system, it was cognized that the way of assets reorganizing is to build up enterprise group in the light of morden enterprise system, and change the parent company of the enterprise group into the corporation progressively; the parent company of the nonferrous metals enterprise group should be classified into three forms. Besides, the mode and structure relations were discussed in detail.
