摘 要: 用熱物性綜合測試儀測定了不同熱處理溫度下C/C復(fù)合材料的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù),通過X射線衍射石墨化度的測定及晶粒尺寸計算,分析了材料的材質(zhì)。進一步討論了熱處理溫度、石墨化度與導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)之間的關(guān)系。表明試樣中存在性質(zhì)不同的3個組元,隨熱處理溫度的升高,平行于碳纖維長向的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)值從2200℃的147 W/m·K升高到2800 ℃的180 W/m·K左右, 而垂直方 向從相應(yīng)的49W/m·K升高到70 W/m·K。

Abstract:Thermal conductivity values of C/C composite were obtained with comprehensive measurement apparatus of thermal physical properties under different heat treatment temperatures. The material quality was analyzed through measurement of degree of graphitization with XRD and calculation of microcrystal sizes. Furthermore, the relationship among heat treatment temperature, degree of graphitization and thermal conductivity was discussed.
