摘 要: 在鎢尾礦微晶玻璃基體中加入25%(體積分?jǐn)?shù))的SiCW,可顯著提高其斷裂韌性和抗彎強(qiáng)度。觀察了復(fù)合材料的形狀記憶效應(yīng)(SME)。通過(guò)微觀分析,討論了SiC晶須增韌補(bǔ)強(qiáng)的原因。

Abstract:Substantial improvements in fracture toughness(KIC) and bending strength(σbb) were obtained by incorporating 25%(volume fraction) of SiCW into tungsten tallings glass-ceramics matrix. The shape memory effect of the composite has been observed. The causes of SiC whisker toughening and reinforcing were discussed through microscopic analysis.
