摘 要: 以天然石英粉為原料,先進行活化預處理,然后在1350℃左右進行碳熱還原氮化,制備了氮氧化硅粉末。實驗結果表明:氮化過程中SiO2的轉化率及產物中氮氧化硅(Si2N2O)的含量與SiO2的活化程度、氮化溫度及添加劑等因素有關,其中氮化溫度以1350℃為佳;隨著SiO2活化程度的提高,其轉化率也提高;添加少量的SrO,可以進一步提高SiO2轉化率。 此外,還分析了Si-O-C-N系統(tǒng)中氣體分壓對Si2N2O形成的影響。

Abstract:At 1350℃ or so, Si2N2O powder had been prepared by the carbothermal reduction and nitridation of natural quartz which had been activated. The results showed that the conversion ratio of SiO2 during the reacting process and the content of Si2N2O in the product depend on various factors, such as the activated degree of natural quartz, the temperature and the additive, and 1350℃ is a suitable temperature for the synthesis of Si2N2O; the conversion ratio of SiO2 can be increased by increasing the activated degree of natural quartz, it can be further increased by the additive SrO. At the same time, the effects of p(N2), p( SiO) and p(O2) on the composition of the Si-O-C-N were discussed.
