摘 要: 研究了獲得性能良好的代鎘錫鋅合金鍍層的工藝條件,結(jié)果表明在檸檬酸鹽-酒石酸鹽混合體系中可獲得光亮細(xì)致、抗蝕 性好、氫脆性低、焊接性能與鎘相當(dāng)?shù)腻a鋅合金代鎘鍍層。還用旋轉(zhuǎn)圓盤電極法、循環(huán)伏安法和極譜法研究了添加劑的作用機(jī)理,結(jié)果表明添加劑A的整平作用符合Kardos.O提出的整平擴(kuò)散機(jī)制

Abstract:The process of electroplating Sn-Zn alloy which has good properties and can be used to replace Cd electroplating layer, was researched, the results showed that Sn-Zn alloy, which is bright and fine and has high corrosion resistance and low hydrogen embrittlement as well, can be obtained from citrate-tarate mixed system. The mechanism of additives was also studied by rotating disk electrode, cycling voltammetric stripping and polargraphy methods, the result showed that the levelling mechanism of additive A accords with diffusion mechanism proposed by Kardos O.
