摘 要: 非配比現(xiàn)象就是許多金屬間化合物的組成在一定范圍內(nèi)可變。為更好地預(yù)報合金相圖,該文根據(jù)擴充的Miedema合金元胞模型,用ΔΦ*、Δnws1/3以及ΔZ和RA/RB四個原子參數(shù)及計算機模式識別方法,求得非配比和配比的近似判據(jù),并探討其物理意義。

Abstract:Many intermetallic compounds have a composition range of nonstoichiometry. This phenomenon has been studied by an extended Miedema model, using atomic parameters(ΔΦ*, electronegativity difference; Δnws1/3, valence electron density difference; ΔZ and RA/RB) to find regularities by the computered pattern recognition method. The approximate criterion of nonstoichiometry and stoichiometry had been gotten, moreover the physics meaning was discussed.
