摘 要: 從國有有色企業(yè)的改革目標(biāo)——現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度出發(fā)，分析改革的重點(diǎn)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，提出必須在國有產(chǎn)權(quán)改革中充分發(fā)揮銀行的作用，成立國有資產(chǎn)銀行并由它掌握國有資產(chǎn)的投資和經(jīng)營，對有色企業(yè)按照其經(jīng)營狀況分為三種類型分別采用不同的方法和步驟進(jìn)行產(chǎn)權(quán)改革。

Abstract:Based on the reforming object of state-owned enterprises in non-ferrous metals industry, the keypoints and the difficulties of reforming were analyzed. It's necessary to bring the use of bank into full play in state-owned property rights reforming, and establish the bank of state-owned capital, and have it handle the investment and management of state-owned capital, in accordance with its management situation. Then the non-ferrous metals enterprises can be classified into three kinds, and different methods and steps can be used to reform the "property right" respectively.
