摘 要: 研究了Al-Ti-B晶粒細(xì)化合金中各化合物相TiAl3、TiB2和AlB2對(duì)鋁晶粒的細(xì)化作用。結(jié)果表明,TiAl3相是有效形核相,TiB2和AlB2相不能單獨(dú)作為形核相,B對(duì)Al-Ti-B的細(xì)化作用有顯著影響,但B及硼化物不能單獨(dú)影響細(xì)化過(guò)程,而是富集在TiAl3相中對(duì)細(xì)化過(guò)程產(chǎn)生重要影響。

Abstract:The effects of TiAl3, TiB2 and AlB2 phases in the Al-Ti-B master alloy on grain refining of aluminium were studied. The results showed that the TiAl3 phase is an effective nucleation agent, while the TiB2 and AlB2 phases can not be nucleation particles alone. The boron which has marked influence on the grain refin ing of Al-Ti-B master alloys does not have effect on refining process alone, but it would produce important effect on the refining process when it concentrates in the TiAl3 phases.
