摘 要: 研究了SiCP/ZA27復(fù)合材料粒子含量、粒度對(duì)其不同溫度下的磨損行為的影響, 探討了磨損機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:SiCP的加入明顯提高ZA27的高溫耐磨性能,且隨其數(shù)量的增多而增強(qiáng);SiCP的粒度有一最優(yōu)值。其磨損機(jī)制與SiCP的粒度、含量以及測(cè)試溫度有關(guān)。耐磨性增加的主要原因是SiCP提高了基體抵抗變形的能力。

Abstract:Wear resistance of SiCP/ZA27 composites under different temperatures were studied. The effects of SiCP content, size and experimental temperature on the wear of the composites were investigated, and their wear mechanisms were also discussed. The results indicated that the wear resistance of ZA27 at elevated temperature was enhanced due to the SiCP addition and was improved with the increase of SiCP content. There was an optimum value of SiCP size for the wear resistance of the composites. The wear mechanisms were different with the differences of SiCP content, size and temperature. The improvement of wear resistance was related to the increase of the deformation resistance of base alloy.
