摘 要: 利用常規(guī)和高分辨電鏡(HREM),研究了熱形變Ti-45Al-8Nb-2.5Mn-0.05B (摩爾分?jǐn)?shù))合金中偏離嚴(yán)格取向關(guān)系的α2/γ片層與非嚴(yán)格孿晶關(guān)系的γ/γT 片層以及這些非平衡片層界面的精細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu),并提出了這些非平衡片層形成的可能位錯反應(yīng)機制。

Abstract:Theα2/γ?lamellar deviating the strict orientation relationship and γ/γT lamellar without the strict twin relationship in a hot-deformed Ti-45Al-8Nb-2.5Mn-0.05B(mole percent) alloy were investigated by the conventional-electron microscopy and high-resolution electron microscopy (HREM), as well as the fine structures on these nonequilibrium interlamellar interfaces. The possible dislocation reactions of the nonequilibrium interface formation were also supposed.
