摘 要: 研究了碳纖維前驅(qū)體即預(yù)氧絲在氧化鎂/炭復(fù)合材料中原位碳化及其強化作用。在氧化鎂/炭復(fù)合材料中存在鋁、鎂添加劑時,預(yù)氧絲原位碳化后具有碳纖維的強度和強化效果。預(yù)氧絲在添加硅粉的氧化鎂/炭材料中原位碳化時因與硅反應(yīng)失去強度, 在無抗氧化添加物的氧化鎂/炭材料中原位碳化后,預(yù)氧絲因氧化失去強度,對基體無強化作用。

Abstract:The in-situ carbonization and reinforcing effect of carbon fiber precursor in MgO-C composite were investigated. The precursor, after in-situ carbonizing in MgO-C composite containing Al and Mg powders, has the same strength and reinforcing effect as the carbon fiber. The precursor carbonized in MgO-C composite containing silicon powder has very low strength, because of the reaction between the precursor and silicon. Carbonized in MgO-C composite without any addition, the precursor has so low strength that it has not positive effect on the strength of the composite.
