摘 要: 由黃鉀鐵礬渣在焙解過程的化學(xué)變化,確定回收鋅銦的適宜焙解溫度為421.5 ~670 ℃。 實(shí)驗(yàn)表明黃鉀鐵礬渣中鐵酸鋅轉(zhuǎn)化為可溶硫酸鋅的轉(zhuǎn)化率隨焙解溫度升高而增加,可浸出的銦由焙解溫度和時(shí)間決定。當(dāng)溫度為 560~620℃、時(shí)間為30~10min時(shí), 鋅的浸出率為80%,銦為90%。

Abstract:The chemical reactions for the jarosite residue in the roasting decomposition process were investigated by thermal methods. For recovering zinc and indium from jarosite residue, the suitable temperature range of roasting decomposition was determined to be from 412.5 ℃ to 670 ℃. It was showed that the ratio of coverting ZnO·Fe2O3 into soluble ZnSO4 increases with increasing temperature. The leaching of indium depends on the temperature and time. Within temperature from 560 ℃ to 620 ℃ and time from 30 min to 10 min, the leaching rate of Zinc and ind ium was 80%, 90% respectively.
