摘 要: 用酸性硫脲溶液從載鈀P-950哌啶樹脂解吸鈀的動(dòng)力學(xué)研究結(jié)果表明,該解吸過程的動(dòng)力學(xué)遵循Boyd液膜擴(kuò)散方程,解吸鈀的速率隨鹽酸濃度的增加而下降;當(dāng)溫度升高時(shí),解吸速率增加;提高硫脲濃度,有利于鈀的解吸。實(shí)驗(yàn)測得的液膜擴(kuò)散系數(shù) K =7.30×10-2 s-1, 解吸表觀活化能Ea=19.03 kJ/mol。

Abstract:Kinetics of palladium desorption from a new type resin (P-950) in acidic thiourea solution was investigated. The experimental results demonstrated that the desorption of palladium-thiourea complex from the resin can be described by Boyd's diffusion equation of liquid film. The desorption rate of palladium reduced remarkably with the increase of HCl concentration; the increase of thiourea concentration and temperature accelerated the desorption of palladium- thiourea complex. The distribution coefficent of the desorption K =7.30×10-2 s-1 and the apparent activation energy of the desorption Ea=19.03 kJ/mol were obtained based on the experimental results.
