Abstract:The influences of oxygen on the Mo2FeB2 ceramet have been studied. The results indicated that the combination of oxygen in the matrix with boron is able to form glass like B2O3 impurities apparently, which can move up to the upper surface of the matrix from interior of matrix and results in the porous structure in matrix, makes the mechanical properties of Mo2FeB2 ceramet bad heavily; taking proper technological measures, B2O3 impurities can be decreased.
