摘 要: 在對粉末制備過程進行深入理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了兩種粉末收集器,系統(tǒng)研究了蒸發(fā)溫度、坩堝直徑、收集器內(nèi)的冷凝效果與粉末產(chǎn)率之間的關(guān)系和收集器的冷凝效果對晶核生長過程及粉末形貌的影響。

Abstract:Two type of ultrafine metallic powder collectors have been developed on the basis of further theoritical analysis of the preparating process by gas evaporating process, and then the relationships between evaporating temperature, diameter of crucible, cooling effect of the collectors and powders productivity were systematically studied, and so were the cooling effects on the growth of crystal nucleus and morphologies of the as-prepared powders.
