摘 要: 利用自蔓延高溫合成的熱爆方式,采用Ti、C和Al三種粉末原料,合成了Al/TiC復(fù)合材料。研究了升溫速度對試樣的尺寸變化、熱爆開始溫度、反應(yīng)最高溫度、產(chǎn)物的相組成、密實(shí)度以及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。

Abstract:Al/TiC composites were synthesized by the thermal explosion mode of self-propagating high-
temperature synthesis (SHS) from Ti, C and Al powders. The effects of the heating rate on the ignition temperature, the combustion temperature, the phase composition, the relative density and the microstructure of the products were studied.
