摘 要: 采用低壓熱等靜壓技術(shù)處理的礦山鑿巖硬質(zhì)合金得 到無(wú)孔隙的組織結(jié)構(gòu),其抗彎強(qiáng)度值提高10%~15%,硬度HRA提高0.1~0.7,密度值也明顯提高。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)高風(fēng)壓鑿巖試驗(yàn)表明其使用壽命較未經(jīng)處理的同類(lèi)合金提高了1~2倍。

Abstract:The rock drilling cemented carbides treated by low-pressure hot isostatic pressing (HIP) technique have been gained porous-free structure, whose bending strength is raised ten to fifteen percent, hardness HRA is raised 0.1~0.7, the density is also raised obviousl y. In addition drilling experiment carried out under 1.4~1.6 MPa pressurized air proved that the average drilling advance arries 738.6 m per bit in pegmatic granite, which is one to two times higher than that of the original bit used under the same condition.
