摘 要: 采用快-快正電子湮沒儀分別測定了LY12CZ和純鋁經(jīng)激光沖擊處理后的正電子譜,激光沖擊使LY12CZ和純鋁的平均壽命降低而捕獲率提高,表明激光沖擊使材料內(nèi)部的缺陷濃度增加且缺陷濃度與激光功率密度呈指數(shù)關(guān)系。激光沖擊硬化是由于激光沖擊后在材料內(nèi)部形成大量位錯(cuò)等缺陷,這些位錯(cuò)相互纏結(jié)在一起,相互釘扎,形成穩(wěn)定的胞狀組織,從而提高材料的力學(xué)性能。

Abstract:Positron lifetime spectra of LY12CZ and pure Al with laser shock processing(LSP) by positron annihilation instrument were measured, that the average lifet ime decreased with increasing traping rates showed that the defect densities in the materials with LSP were improved. Besides, the relation between the laser power density and the defect densities was analysed, the effect of laser shock hardenin g was also investigated and explored.
