摘 要: 研究了加熱溫度和時(shí)間對(duì)銅鈦爆炸復(fù)合板界面結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的影響,試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果表明:加熱溫度是影響界面結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的主要因素,加熱時(shí)間為次要因素。銅鈦爆炸復(fù)合板只在700 ℃以下短時(shí)加熱,界面結(jié)合強(qiáng)度犧牲較少,才可保證復(fù)合板結(jié)構(gòu)件的安全使用。

Abstract:The effects of heating temperature and time on binding strength of interface of Cu/Ti composite plates made by explosion process were studied. The results showed that heating temperature is the main effective factor and heating time is the minor one. Only when Cu/Ti composite plate is heated below 700 ℃ for a short-time, and the binding strength of the inferface decreases a little, can the use security of composite plate construction part be ensured.
