摘 要: 用受迫振動法測量了鋁合金層壓板的內(nèi)耗,在經(jīng)65%冷變形后的層壓板中觀 測到一個低溫內(nèi)耗峰,峰巔溫度為55 ℃左右(頻率0.1,1Hz)。隨室溫時效時間延長,該 峰逐漸減弱直至消失。該峰是層壓板中鋅鋁共析合金晶界結(jié)構(gòu)呈不規(guī)則分布造成的,屬晶粒間界內(nèi)耗峰。隨時效時間延長,該合金不規(guī)則晶界被規(guī)則多邊化晶界替代,α/α, α/β,β/β晶粒間界粘滯性滑移被抑制,內(nèi)耗峰逐漸減弱,直至消失。鋅鋁合金性能的 穩(wěn)定性與晶界特征有關(guān)。為了提高鋅鋁合金的性能穩(wěn)定性,要防止晶界特征隨時間發(fā)生變化。

Abstract:Internal friction of aluminium alloy laminates with a reductiion of area by 65% at room temperature was measured with forced-vibration method. Internal friction peaks vs temperature were observed around 55 ℃ (frequency 0.1, 1 Hz). With the ageing time lengthened, the peak weakened gradually and disappeared completely after a year. Preliminary discussions were made on the mechanism of this internal friction peak associated with the laminate's properties.
