摘 要: 用大功率轉(zhuǎn)靶X射線衍射儀,配備微光束準直狹縫、準確度為0.05 mm的可移 動樣品臺及0.1mm樣品表面的限制光欄,建立了微小區(qū)域X射線衍射殘余應(yīng)力測量方 法。對Si3N4陶瓷-4Cr10Si2Mo鋼連接試樣進行應(yīng)力測量,取得了滿意的結(jié)果。

Abstract:A survey was given to the research done in the field of X-ray residual stress determinations on Si3N4-4Cr10Si2Mo joint. The measuring conditions were a powerful self-rotation anode X-ray generator and its attachments of a microbeam collimation slit, a movable sample holder with accuracy degree of 0.05 mm, and a 0.01 mm limiting slit on sample surface. The result of the research is satisfied.
