摘 要: 在凈化銅電解廢液工藝流程中,控制陰極電勢(shì)值,使銅砷優(yōu)先析出,并抑制 氫氣與砷化氫的析出,以達(dá)到凈化電解液的目的。控制陰極電勢(shì)脫銅砷電積法的脫銅電流效率達(dá)到80%以上,電積后液中銅含量小于0.5 g/L,砷含量小于1 g/L,該方法具有 節(jié)能與環(huán)保雙重效益。

Abstract:In order to avoid the evolution of arsine in the process of purifying waste copper electrolyte, the electrowinning of controlling cathodic potential has been proposed. By controlling the value of cathodic potential, copper and arsenic can be first separated and then hydrogen and arsine can not be evolved. In small test the value of current efficiency reached 80%. In the solution after eletro-
winning copper content was less than 1 g/L, arsenic content less than 0.5 g/L. The dual benefit in both environment protection and economization of energy could be acquired by the purification process.
