摘 要: 研究了不同組成的La2O3基導(dǎo)電陶瓷的高溫電阻率,結(jié)果表明: (La2O3)1-a·(X2O5)a·CuO及(La2O3)1-2a·(X2O5)2a·CuO具有較低的高溫電阻率。由于兼有金屬導(dǎo)電機(jī)制和半導(dǎo)體導(dǎo)電機(jī)制,且兩種導(dǎo)電機(jī)制隨溫度變化的作用相反,La2O3基導(dǎo)電陶瓷在室 溫到1 000 ℃的溫度范圍內(nèi)電阻率變化不大。

Abstract:The resistivities at high temperature were studied of conductive ceramics based on La2O3 with different compositions. The results showed that those of (La2O3)1-a·(X2O5)a·CuO and (La2O3)1-2a·(X2O5)2a·CuO are relatively low. The resistivity change is very small between room temperature and 1 000 ℃ because the samples possess conductive mechanisms of both metal and semi-conductor, and these two kinds of mechanisms act contrary with the change of temperature.
