摘 要: 針對(duì)大型汽車(chē)鋁合金輪轂的高性能要求,采用高純 度原材料、高模鍛溫度、高金屬固溶熱處理溫度、高人工時(shí)效溫度等新技術(shù),大幅度提高了產(chǎn)品的性能。與原工藝下的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量相比,強(qiáng)度提高了30%, 硬度提高了40%,伸長(zhǎng)率提高了50%。本文詳細(xì)介紹了該工藝過(guò)程,分析了提高性能指標(biāo)的各影響因素和強(qiáng)化機(jī) 理。

Abstract:A new technology has been used for the die forging process of aluminium alloy hub of heavy automobile. By selecting raw material with low content of Fe and H2, adopting high die forging temperature, high solution heat treatment temperature and high ageing temperture, the property of forging has been improved greatly with a rise of 30% in strength, 40% in hardness and 50% in elongation. In this paper, the details of the process were presented, and the influence factors and the strengthening mechanism of forging property improvement were analyzed.
