摘 要: 采用恒電流陰極還原法、X射線衍射(XRD)和X射線光電子能 譜(XPS)對銅在NaOH濃溶液中的兩種陽極鈍化膜進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,銅表面一次鈍化膜由Cu2O和Cu2O·H2O 組成,二次鈍化膜由Cu2O內(nèi)層CuO-Cu(OH)2-H2O(ad)外層組成,且外層各組分的相對含量呈規(guī)律性深度分布。對Cu(Ⅱ)物相的形成歷程進(jìn)行了討論。

Abstract:The anodic passivating films formed on copper surface in concentrated NaOH solutions have been investigated by galvanostatic reduction and X-ray diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The result showed the first passive film on copper surface is made up of Cu2O and Cu2O·H2O, and the second is made up of a base Cu2O layer and an upper CuO-Cu(OH)2-H2O(ad) layer in which the proportions of these three components display regular depth change. The formation mechanism of Cu(Ⅱ)oxide film was also discussed.
