摘 要: 采用三維剛-粘塑性有限元方法,對一典型的鋁型材非等溫成形過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。 分析了鋁材擠壓的3個不同成形階段,給出了成形各階段的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變和溫度場分布情況以及整個成形過程中模具載荷隨成形時間的變化情況。這些模擬結(jié)果為鋁型材擠壓的模具設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)備選取提供了重要的依據(jù)。同時, 還對三維塑性變形的有限元數(shù)值模擬中關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的處理方法進(jìn)行了探討。

Abstract:A nonthermal extrusion process of a typical alminium material has been simulated by three dimensional rigid-visoplastic finite element method. Three different stages of the extrusion process were described in detail. In every stage, the distributions of stress, strain and temperature field and the curve of load versus time were also given to assist in design of dies and the selection of equipments for the aluminium extrusion process. Meanwhile, the technological treatments of FEM for simulating three dimensional plastic deformation process were also discussed.
