摘 要: 首次采用EDTA絡合物型溶膠-凝膠法制備平均粒徑為10 nm的ZrO2-8%(摩爾分數(shù),%,下同)Y2O3納米粉末。 用DTA/TG, XRD, BET, TEM等方法對粉末進行了表征。研究了pH值、反應物濃度和EDTA加入量等因素對粉末比表面積的影響。

Abstract:Nanometer ZrO2-8(mole fraction, %) Y2O3 powders with the average particle size of 10 nm were prepared by the EDTA sol-gel method. DTA/TG, XRD, BET and TEM were employed to characterize the powders . The operating conditions such as pH value, concentration of solution, and quantity of EDTA were investigated in order to understand their effects on the specific surface area of the powders.
