摘 要: 研究了多層噴射共沉6066鋁合金/SiC復(fù)合材料的半固態(tài)加工。半固態(tài)水淬后的金相組織表明,部分重熔后的噴射沉積組織具有適于半固態(tài)加工的攪溶性。不同溫度的半固態(tài)模鍛表明,材料能在較低壓力下一步成形; SiC顆粒在加工后仍分布均勻, 與基體結(jié)合良好; 材料仍保持了較好的力學(xué)性能, T6態(tài)性能可達(dá)σb=385 MPa,σ0.2=342 MPa,δ=4.3%。

Abstract:Semi-solid processing of multi-layer spray co-deposited 6066Al/SiCp composites was studied. By analyzing the water quenched microstructure, it was shown that the partly remelted spray-formed structure got thixotropy suitable for semi-solid processing. Semi-solid die-forging at different temperatures was conducted, the results showed that the material could be shaped under low pressure, SiC particles still uniformly distributed after processing and combined well with matrix alloy; the material maintained reasonable good mechanical properties.
