摘 要: 闡述了濕法煉鋅過程中, 由于電解液中雜質(zhì)的波動(dòng)對(duì)鋅電積過程主要技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)產(chǎn)生的嚴(yán)重影響, 分析了金屬雜質(zhì)、骨膠濃度與陰極過電位和電流效率的關(guān)系, 提出了利用陰極過電位對(duì)鋅電積最佳添加劑濃度及新液質(zhì)量的控制方法。根據(jù)電極過程動(dòng)力學(xué)原理,發(fā)明了電解液質(zhì)量在線監(jiān)控的方法和裝置, 以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制添加劑的加入。 實(shí)際應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明, 這種在線控制方法與傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)控制法相比,可使每噸析出鋅電耗減少50.96~101.92 kWh, 電流效率提高2個(gè)百分點(diǎn),鋅電積車間酸霧濃度降低30%~50%, 提高特高品級(jí)電鋅產(chǎn)量,大大降低剝鋅勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。

Abstract:In the hydrometallurgical process of zinc, the f luctuation of impurities concentration in the electrolyte has a serious influence on technical parameters. The dependence of cathodic overpotential and current efficiency on metal impurities and glue was studied. Accordingly, a method to control the impurity concentration and glue addition by measuring cathodic overpotential was invented. With this technique the additives can be automatically added and the electrolyte quality be kept under on-line control. The result of its application showed that, compared with the conventional operation, the energy consumption decreased by 50.96~101.92 kWh, current efficiency increased by 2%, and the concentration of acid smog reduced by 30%~50%. At the same time, the quality of electrolytic zinc was improved and zinc could be stripped readily.
