摘 要: 研究了97W-2Ni-1Fe重合金喂料的流變學(xué)行為, 測(cè)定了該合金注射成形試樣的力學(xué)性能和燒結(jié)收縮率。結(jié)果表明:97W-2Ni-1Fe重合金喂料的流變行為可用假塑性體來描述, 產(chǎn)品的屈服強(qiáng)度達(dá)649 MPa, 斷裂強(qiáng)度達(dá)936 MPa, 延伸率11.4%,硬度為HRC31, 其力學(xué)性能優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)壓制/燒結(jié)工藝產(chǎn)品, 且燒結(jié)收縮基本各向同性, 產(chǎn)品尺寸偏差范圍為±0.02 mm。

Abstract:The rheological behavior of 97W-12Ni-1Fe heavy alloy feedstock was studied. The mechanical properties and shrinkage behaviors of samples formed by injection molding were measured. The results show that the f low of the feedstock is essentially pseudoplastic in behavior and the mechanica l properties of MIM alloy are as follows: σb=936 MPa, σ0.2=649 MPa, δ=11.4% and HRC=31, which are compared favorably with those values obtained by conventional press/sinter process. In addition, it is determined that the sintering shrinkage is almost isotropic and the dimension deviation is within ±0.2 mm.
