摘 要: 詳細(xì)研究了Ga取代R3(Fe,Mo)29(R=Sm,Y)(Ga <0.15 )中的部分Fe對其結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)稟磁性的影響, 包括不同的Ga取代對R3(Fe,Mo)29化合物的晶胞常數(shù)、 居里溫度、 飽和磁化強度、 磁晶各向異性的影響。結(jié)果表明:在R3(Fe,Mo,Ga)29化合物中, 隨著Ga含量的增加, 晶胞體積膨脹, 居里溫度升高, 飽和磁化強度下降,F(xiàn)e原子的平均磁矩降低, Sm3(Fe0.966-xMo0.034Gax)29化合物的各向異性由平面向錐面結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變,繼續(xù)增加Ga含量, 有可能出現(xiàn)單軸各向異性。

Abstract:The structure and intrinsic magnetic properties, which included lattice parameters, Curie temperatures, saturation magnetization, and magnetocrystalline anisotropy, of R3(Fe,Mo)29 compounds(R=Sm and Y) with Ga substituted for Fe have been investigated in detail. The results show that, with an increase in Ga content, the unit cell volume expands and the Curie temperature increases, but the saturation magnetization and average Fe content decrease, and the magnetocrystalline anisotropy changes from plane to conical plane in Sm3 ((Fe0.966-xMo0.034Gax)29 compounds. It is possible that the magnetocrystalline anisotropy could change from conical plane to uniaxial with a further increase of Ga content in Sm3(Fe0.966-xMo0.034Gax)29 compounds.
