摘 要: 研究了6061Al/SiCp顆粒增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料的噴射沉積+熱擠壓工藝及材料的組織特征與力學(xué)性能。噴射沉積工藝可以獲得增強(qiáng)顆粒均勻分布,無界面反應(yīng)的大尺寸復(fù)合材料錠坯,實(shí)驗(yàn)錠坯尺寸達(dá)d200 mm×250 mm,熱擠壓工藝進(jìn)一步使錠坯致密,增強(qiáng)顆粒分布改善。擠壓材料組織細(xì)小,過飽和度大,析出相細(xì)小、分布彌散,峰時(shí)效時(shí)間 約為傳統(tǒng)制度的一半, 且力學(xué)性能極大地改善,可達(dá)σb=439 MPa,σ0.2=409 MPa,δ=10.4%。

Abstract:Spray deposition and hot extrusion process for producing 6061Al/SiCp composites and the material's microstructure feature and mechanical properties were studied. As-sprayed large scale composites have uniformly distributed reinforcing particles, and there is no apparent interface reaction. Hot extrusion can densify billets and improve the distribution of particles. As-extruded microstructure is fine and of excess solution, with fine and discattered precipitates. The peak aging time is half that of traditional ones. The mechanical properties improve greatly, and are up to σb=439 MPa, σ0.2=409 MPa, δ=10.4%.
