摘 要: 根據(jù)鑿巖過程中釬頭進(jìn)入溶洞卡釬區(qū)時(shí)推進(jìn)壓力的變化特征,提出了利用推進(jìn)壓力反饋?zhàn)詣?dòng)進(jìn)行防溶洞卡釬控制。通過對(duì)推進(jìn)壓力反饋?zhàn)詣?dòng)防卡釬控制條件的研究分析, 確定了自動(dòng)防溶洞卡釬的計(jì)算機(jī)控制模型, 并進(jìn)行了防溶洞卡釬性能仿真計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試。理論分析計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,計(jì)算機(jī)控制的防溶洞卡釬性能,優(yōu)于純液壓控制的防溶洞卡釬性能; 在三種防卡釬控制條件中,推進(jìn)壓力相對(duì)時(shí)間變化量的條件最好。

Abstract:According to the variance feature of the feed oil pressure when drill bit coming into rock-drilling jamming area in hydraulic rock-drilling process, it was put forward that the feedback of the feed oil pressure can be applied to control rock-drilling anti-jamming. Based on the analysis of the control condition of rock-drilling anti-jamming by the feedback of the feed oil pressure, a computer-controlled model was established.
