摘 要: 通過(guò)對(duì)離心磨礦機(jī)工作過(guò)程的試驗(yàn)分析,研究了影響離心磨礦機(jī)工作狀態(tài)及破碎效果的諸多因素聯(lián)合作用的工作特性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用“灰箱”理論,建立了包括能量、給料和設(shè)備工礦參數(shù)在內(nèi)的穩(wěn)態(tài)模型。它不僅描述了其生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行過(guò)程,而且還可有效 地對(duì)磨礦機(jī)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和過(guò)程優(yōu)化。通過(guò)實(shí)例論證,該模型可為離心磨礦機(jī)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供 理論依據(jù)。

Abstract:By means of experiment and observation for work process of centrifugal attritor, the features of a centrifugal attritor are analysed, which is a combination of multiple factors that affect work state and broken effect. Based on this, a steady state model was established by applying grey box theory , which not only describes the moving process but also provides monitoring and process optimization effectly for centrifugal attritor. It has been also verified by living example that this model can provide theoretical basis for the practical application of the centrifugal attritor.
