及其細化晶粒作用

摘 要: 根據(jù)液體蒸氣壓與溫度遵從克勞修斯-克萊貝龍方程的原理, 找到了制備Al-Ti-C 中間合金的一種新工藝。 合成的Al-Ti-C中間合金含有大量細小的TiC相及少量粗大的條狀A(yù)l3Ti相, 它具有優(yōu)異的細化α-Al晶粒的性能。TiC相質(zhì)點團是α-Al有效的異質(zhì)結(jié)晶核心, 這歸因于質(zhì)點團凹陷處的物理化學(xué)作用。

THEIR GRAIN REFINING PROPERTIES

Abstract: Based on Clausius-Clapeyron equation, a new technology to prepare Al -Ti-C master alloys was developed. Synthesized Al-Ti-C master alloys containing a number of fine TiC particles and a few Al3Ti flakes possess excellent grain refining properties on aluminium. The clusters of TiC particles are effective nuclei of α-Al, which is attributed to physical and chemical roles of depressions on the clusters.
