摘 要: 研究了過(guò)飽和ZA27的尺寸變化規(guī)律及其與組織轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)系。過(guò)飽和ZA27在80 ℃時(shí)效過(guò)程中發(fā)生迅速而明顯的尺寸收縮現(xiàn)象, 其收縮率高達(dá)0.30%左右,隨后尺寸變化很小。 銅加劇尺寸收縮。 η相(鋅相)和ε相(CuZn4)從過(guò)飽和固溶體中迅速脫溶是造成尺寸收縮的原因。

Abstract:It was found that the dimensions of supersaturated ZA27 reduced quickly and obviously during ageing at 80 ℃, and copper enhanced the shrinkage phenomenon. The dimensional shrinkage which occurred during ageing was due to the quick decomposition of η(Zn phases) and ε(CuZn4 phases) from supersaturated solid solution.
