摘 要: 以高嶺土為原料, CaF2 和Na2 CO3為添加劑, 在 1400℃保溫4h, 通過碳熱還原氮化法合成了β′-Sialon粉末。 XRD、 SEM、 XPS等測試手段對合成產(chǎn)物的測試結(jié)果表 明:控制適當(dāng)?shù)腃含量不僅可以合成質(zhì)量較好的β′-Sialon(Z=3),而且可以 避免產(chǎn)物 中生成FeSix 。 詳細(xì)地討論了CaF2和Na2CO3添加劑及其它工藝因素對合成 Sialon的影響與作用, 并探討了β′-Sialon的形成過程。

Abstract:β' -Sialon was synthesized by adding CaF2 and Na2CO3 additives in the condition of 1400℃ and holding 4h through the carbothermal reduction-nitridation of kaolinite. The products were analysed by XRD, XPS, SEM techniques. It was shown that not only high quality β'-Sialon with Z=3 can be synthesized by controlling appropriate carbon content,but also the formation of FeSix phase in the products can be avoided. The effect of CaF2 and Na2CO3 additives as well as t he reaction conditions on the synthesis of Sialon were investigated. The formation of β'-Sialon were also discussed in detail.
