摘 要: 提出了草酸鈷真空熱分解制取鈷粉的方案及新生 鈷粉的鈍化處理方法。真空熱分解法制取鈷粉的效率高、成本低, 并且便于鈍化處理。考察了真空熱分解條件(溫度、 時間、 草酸鈷粒度等)對產(chǎn)物鈷粉粒度和氧含量的影響 。 結果表明, 升高溫度、 延長時間能使制取的鈷粉粒度增大、 氧含量降低; 細粒草酸鈷要在適當分解條件下才能制出細顆粒鈷粉。還從使用添加劑(增加鈷粉本身致密度)和鈍化處理(減輕鈷粉表面氧化)兩方面探討了降低鈷粉氧含量的效果,表明制草酸鈷時添加添加 劑A及對鈷粉進行鈍化處理都可使鈷粉的氧含量降低。

Abstract:Cobalt powder is used as main binder in cemented carbide production. A proposal for producing cobalt powder by vacuum pyrolytic decomposition and passivation treatment of obtained powder was introduced, which has advantages of high efficiency, low production cost and convenience for passivation treatment. The influences of vacuum decomposition conditions (temperature, time and particle size of cobalt oxalate) on the particle size and oxygen content of cobalt powder were tested. The result showed that the particle size of cobalt powder increases and the oxygen content decreases with increase of temperature and dwell time. Fine cobalt powder can be obtained by using fine cobalt oxalate as precursor in combination with properly chosen decomposition conditions. The effect of additive and passivation treatment on reducing oxygen content of cobalt powder was also discussed. Adding reagent A in preparation of cobalt oxalate and passivation treatment can reduce the oxygen content of cobalt powder.
