摘 要: 以模型降階和內(nèi)模控制為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)了內(nèi)回路滑動水口液壓系統(tǒng)PID控制器, 采用模糊預(yù)測控制策略設(shè)計(jì)了外回路結(jié)晶器液位系統(tǒng)的串級控制器, 同時對中間包重量進(jìn)行了前饋補(bǔ)償。 該方法消除了內(nèi)回路的微分沖擊現(xiàn)象和外回路的積分累積效應(yīng), 并克服了拉速等有色噪聲擾動。 實(shí)驗(yàn)證明該控制方法較為理想, 有很高的實(shí)用價值。

Abstract:A PID controller is designed with model reduction and internal model control method for the inner loop of mould level cascade control system. A fuzzy predictive controller is used in the outer loop and the tundish weight is compensated by feed forward control. Either the inner loop derivative kick and the outer loop integral windup or the influence of colored noise caused by casting speed is deleted. The effectiveness of this cascade control method is demonstrated in simulations and on-line tests.
