翅片管軋制工藝潤滑劑性能特征與配方模式

摘 要: 分析了翅片管軋制過程潤滑劑性能特征， 從減摩性、 冷卻性、 穩(wěn)定性等方面綜合探討了潤滑劑配方模式， 在此基礎上， 研制了一種軋片工藝潤滑劑， 該潤滑劑各項性能達到了進口同類潤滑劑性能水平， 并已用于工業(yè)生產， 替代了進口產品。

FEATURE PROPERTIES AND PRESCRIPTION MODEL
OF TECHNOLOGY LUBRICANT FOR FIN-TUBE ROLLING

Abstract:The feature properties of lubricant used for fin-tube rolling was analysed. From the view of reducing friction, cooling and stability, the prescription model of lubricant for fin-tube rolling was studied. Based on the study, a new kind of lubricant has been studied, its properties reached the same level as imported lubricant from U.S.A.
