摘 要: 介紹了透平循環(huán)壓縮機組運行狀態(tài)自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、軟硬件配置、技術關鍵點及特點。該系統(tǒng)以工業(yè)控制計算機為中心，選擇與機組運行狀況因果關系明顯的軸向位置、振動及工藝參數(shù)(電流、功率、溫度)等信號作為在線監(jiān)測信號，采用閾值監(jiān)測模式，實時監(jiān)測機組的運行狀態(tài)，實現(xiàn)預警、緊急自動停車、故障診斷和滾動軸承壽命分析等功能。該系統(tǒng)應用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場，取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:An automatic condition monitoring system for circulating turbo-compressors was introduced. The structure, the key point of technology and the special features of the system were presented in detail. Centering on industrial controlling computer, the system selects signals of axial position, vibration and technical parameters as on-line monitoring signals, adopts the monitoring model of threshold value control and could realize condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and service life predication of roller bearing. The system has been applied to industrial ground successfully.
