摘 要: 通過現(xiàn)場工業(yè)實驗,初步確定了高壓輥磨機結(jié)構(gòu)的非對稱性是設備運行時兩工作壓輥功耗產(chǎn)生較大差異的主要原因,進而通過建立高壓輥磨機的動力學模型,從理論上分析了設備結(jié)構(gòu)非對稱性對兩壓輥功耗差異的影響規(guī)律。計算機仿真結(jié)果表明:高壓輥磨機結(jié)構(gòu)的非對稱引起兩壓輥不同的動態(tài)特性,是導致其功耗差異的主要原因。

Abstract:Production investigation was made to initially verify the main reason of power difference between the two rollers of high-pressure rolling mill. Furthermore the dynamic mechanical model for high-pressure rolling mill was built up and the effect of the non-symmetrical roller structure on the power difference was theoretically analyzed. Experimental and computer-imitated results show that non-symmetrical structure of the roller, which results different dynamic characteristics in the two rollers, is the main reason of power difference between the two rollers of high-pressure rolling mill.
