摘 要: 湘西金礦緩傾斜薄礦脈開采深度大,地質(zhì)情況復(fù)雜,存在一些未能完全解決的技術(shù)和理論難題。作者運用RFPA'98 數(shù)值模擬軟件系統(tǒng),結(jié)合湘西金礦深部開采綜合技術(shù)研究課題,計算分析了深部采場的穩(wěn)定性。計算結(jié)果表明:在斷層、裂隙發(fā)育的試驗采場,當(dāng)采場跨度達(dá)到6 m以后,頂板局部開始垮落;當(dāng)跨度達(dá)到10 mm以后,頂板中部發(fā)生冒頂事故。由此提出了相應(yīng)的采場結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)、頂板水壓支柱支護(hù)、地壓監(jiān)測預(yù)報等綜合地壓控制措施。實際應(yīng)用表明,這些措施有效地維護(hù)了采場的穩(wěn)定,使回采作業(yè)安全、順利地完成,獲得了理想的效果。

Abstract:Utilizing the RFPA'98 software system of numerical simulation, combining the research of mining technology in deep mining of Xiangxi glod mine, the stability of the experiment stope has been calculated and analysed. The results of calculation indicate that a parts of ceiling, where there are some faults and cracks, are about to collapse when the stope span reaches to 6 m; and the middle parts of ceiling starts to collapse when the stope span is 10 m . According to these results, some synthetical measures of pressure control have been proposed, such as optimizing the stope structure dimensions, supporting the ceiling with hydraulic pressure pillars, determining and forecasting the underground pressure. Those measures used maintained effectually the stability of the stope and made mining work finished safely, and the ideal results have been gained.
