摘 要: 對(duì)異形水力旋流器分級(jí)特性進(jìn)行了理論分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。異形水力旋流器分級(jí)效果與工藝參數(shù)的關(guān)系總體趨勢(shì)上與常規(guī)水力旋流器相同,但在量值上存在一定差異。由于顆粒在異形水力旋流器內(nèi)的回轉(zhuǎn)曲率半徑沿軌跡發(fā)生變化,造成了顆粒沿旋流器徑向振蕩,有利于細(xì)粒析出,在預(yù)分級(jí)段利用異形旋流器的物料松散功能,可獲得良好的分級(jí)效果。

Abstract: Theoretical analysis and experimental research about a new type hydrocyclone of abnormal structure were carried out. Its classification performance and technical parameters are the same as the normal one in collectivity trend, but different in quantity. The radial oscillation of the particles, as the result of particles changing gyration curvature radii along their tracks in hydrocyclone, is propitious to the thin particles to be separated out. It was showed that sufficient loosening of particles within the preseparation space of the abnormal structure hydrocyclone can make high classification efficiency.
