摘 要: 研究了在化學(xué)鍍Ni-P合金鍍層時, 采用無機鹽復(fù)合加速劑降低鍍液溫度、 提高沉積速度的方法。 結(jié)果表明, 在普通化學(xué)鍍Ni-P合金鍍液中添加無機鹽復(fù)合加速劑HN-3(3份(NH4)2SO4與2份K2CO3的混合物)30g/L, 在80℃下施鍍, 其沉積速度可達(dá)15μm/h, 比不含該加速劑時提高40%左右, 鍍液壽命可達(dá)5個周期以上, 鍍層外觀光亮,結(jié)晶細(xì)致。

Abstract:In the processing of electroless Ni-P alloy coating, inorganic composite accelerant was used to reduce operational temperature and not to reduce deposition rate. By comparing experimental results, it was shown that the inorganic composite HN-3((NH4)2SO4/K2CO3=3/2) is an appropriate accelerant. Adding the HN-3 accelerant 30 g/L into the ordinary bath of electroless Ni-P alloy at 80¡æ, the deposition rate can reach 15¦Ìm/h that is 40% higher than that in the absence of HN-3 accelerant. The life of the bath can maintain over 5 cycles. The coated films have bright appearance and compactive grain.
