摘 要: 針對(duì)難篩分物料的彈性篩面篩分機(jī), 建立了篩分機(jī)的彈性篩面動(dòng)力學(xué)模型, 通過(guò)對(duì)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的理論分析, 推導(dǎo)出彈性篩面在篩分機(jī)振動(dòng)過(guò)程的彈性變形規(guī)律, 并分析了各種粒度的顆粒在彈性篩面上透篩、堵孔的受力情況, 給出了透篩力計(jì)算公式, 指出彈性篩面透篩力大于剛性篩面透篩力, 揭示了彈性篩面克服堵孔主要是篩面彈性變形的作用機(jī)理。 提出在設(shè)計(jì)彈性篩面篩分機(jī)時(shí), 應(yīng)將篩分機(jī)工作轉(zhuǎn)速設(shè)計(jì)為篩面一階固有頻率。 最后, 進(jìn)行了金屬篩面和彈性篩面篩分機(jī)對(duì)各種含外在水分煤炭篩分的對(duì)比試驗(yàn), 結(jié)果表明, 彈性篩面篩分機(jī)的篩分效率優(yōu)于金屬篩面篩分機(jī)。

PENETRATING MECHANISM OF
DIFFICULTSCREENING MATERIAL

Abstract:The dynamic model of elastic screen surface of screening machine which screens diffcult sereening material has been set up. By theoretically analyzing the dynamic model, the deformation formula of elastic screen surface in the vibration of screening machine was derived. The penetrating and blocking forces of all kinds sizes of particles were analyzed, and the formula of penetrating force was given, then it was pointed out that the penetrating force of elastic screen surface is bigger than that of rigid screen surface. The mechanism overcoming the blocking of elastic screen surface was explained. The design formula of working revolution of elastic screening machine, which is equal to the fundamental frequency of elastic vibration of screen surface, was given. The comparison experiments between on metal screen surface and on elastic screen surface were made, the results of experiments showed that the screening technical index of the screening machine with elastic screen surface is better than that of the screening machine with metal screen surface.
