摘 要: 采用壓力復合方法實現(xiàn)了鋼-半固態(tài)鋁熔體復合,對復合板的界面剪切力學性能和界面結(jié)構進行了研究,確定了半固態(tài)鋁熔體固相率與復合板界面剪切強度之間的關系以及鋼-半固態(tài)鋁熔體復合板的界面結(jié)構。結(jié)果表明:鋁熔體固相率為32.2%時,復合板界面剪切強度最大,為69.7MPa,其界面是由鐵鋁化合物和鐵鋁固溶體交替構成的新型結(jié)構。

Abstract:By using pressing bonding method, the steel-mushy aluminum bonding was realized. The interfacial shear property and interfacial structure of steel-mushy aluminum bonding plate were studied and the relationship between aluminum solids fraction and interfacial shear strength of bonding plate and also the interfacial structure of the bonding plate were determined. The results showed that when aluminum solids fraction was 32.2%, the maximum interfacial shear strength of bonding plate was 69.7MPa, and the interface was constructed with Fe-Al compound and Fe-Al solid solution alternately.
